Re-send a support ticket into raymond with the confirmation# that they gave you when you purchased.

he finally sent me an email saying he added my credits.... but because i was at work all day i wasnt able to use any... so I just signed on and when he added them it didnt do [censored] cause i was already at 4k... waste of 3 bucks thanks
