Still no password emailed to me for Boost Mode !

I have yet to have my password emailed to me ! This is crazy! And yet not even a response saying we got your email or anything ! Please take care of this problem , i have sent numerous emails to you as you asked and still nothing! As the other posts i shown you that i did infact paid for it and now im not able to play!
