Uninstalling Parts-Cres read

I got this twice, I forgot to write down the error code but when i clicked uninstall parts..a msql error came but the parts still uninstalled...i will try to get the error code tomorrow and post it here if you need it. thanks

i got it also, if u hit "Back" on your browser all your parts u selected are uninstalled ;)
