your crew sucks b/c you are being a poor leader you have to get your members to help out but when you say that you are not even trying than what is the point of your crew to try also plus when i joined i was hoping to see some progress done but seeing that you only had 62 cms i didnt the point in staying that is why i say your crew sucks. If you want good racers work hard with your crew and they will come to help to get you the crown and your ribbon but until than i will not see you as a good leader

i have my loyalty if the crew leader actually trys and hey next round if you try and so does your crew i would be happy to come to your crew and race my ass off to get as many cms as possible. if you can trust the crew leader than the members will stay and if you work hard so will they. i am loyal when i want to be but i do have to see that i can trust that the crew leader is working hard than i will stay and race hard also

Now I am not the type of beastly Credit buying player, so no I don't have a trophy or any of the IDE, or anything else, but I like to keep it simple. I currently have:

Top Crew Medals: 7

Now if I didn't drop to help others several rounds back or quit for a few, than I would easily have 16 or 17 Top 25's and maybe more Top Crews...

that's true in some parts...but i don't realyl have the time to "teach" noobs, im getting all the l337 racers and l337 racers without medals together...i don't think i can view this in your perspective because it's kinda hard for me...but atleast i can say that i tried my best to put together a topcrew...

i trust all of my current racers, and i know that they are good racers and can get the job done

i would like to thank all of you guyz for your expert advice it has really helped me out in becomming a better crew leader than i was before
