I just purchased 9000 credits, but nothing is on my account?? Anyone else with this. I did send a support ticket

i had that happen to alot to me with 2000k on IPAY and wrote to ray, hes on it

I have purchased a few times this round with paypal with no troubles. just frustrating is all. But shiat does happen. How long do support tickets take to be seen, and fixed usually???

well i had some confusion with some things but ray should fix mine soon, plus he is super busy with everything, he responded the next day

Thanks very much, I didn't see that one. Well I have sent a support ticket, should I psot in the bug section with my own thread?? I did reply to another paypal thread of someone elses complaint with my transaction number

POST in the bug forum with your transaction ID and Login name..

If you dont post your transaction ID then dont expect to get it back
