bought credits

i was wondering if anyone else has bought credits and han't received them......i didn't have a problem the first couple times ...but this time it didn't register.....if the problem can be fixed a.s.a.p that would be great....
not sure if anyone else has had a problem but i thought we could post it hear and maybe they can tackle this all at once....thank you.....

Yeah I did not get my membership but I have sent them a support ticket hopefully they get it to me soon with my bonus 1000 creds :)

Ya I had that problem too .. bought a membership never got the credits. Sent emails never got them replied. Kind of frustrating.
