i have been looking at photoshoped pictures and would like to learn how to do it
if anyone would take the time to teach me let me know

There are tuts on the net everywhere. If you have specific questions ask away ;) lol. First rule, find anything you can explaining layers. they are your best friend in Photoshop. If you use layers anything you do is reversible. Which trust me in ps that is a good thing :)
