EXP question

Is the amount of EXP you get per race based on the other drivers level or networth?

I find by racing a certain player im getting at least 12% each time and im on level 18, but when im racing guys that are level 30 - 35 it only goes up about 2%

level and nw gap so if u are racing a level 18 guy who has 500 million and u have 10 u get lots if u are only a 50 million apart u get nothing

you also should race peeps the same lvl as u man..then u get more as well...
