ok so my account was suspended and i dont know why..... i been playing for like 2 years with no problem never won any prizes mind my own business, and randomly my account is suspended, i've sent like 3 e-mails to the support center in like 4-5 days still no response, not very good way to run a business you suspend someone's account they should be notified why so people like me dont miss out on playing the game for no reason and can fix the problem...........?????????????????? well

Allright, now I need to sign up to forums, cause my account has been suspended also. It has been 3-4 days and no response, and no explanation. I don't have multi's, and the closest to it is my wife, and my kid both have an account.
any help here would be great. I was havin a purty good session.

It is seriously a load of BS what they are doing! My brother's account was suspended for what reason??? We live in the same house and have the same address, but that doesn't mean we share accounts.

It doesn't really matter anymore b/c he's in the army and being shipped to Iraq on Friday, but still, that's BS. We weren't cheating with our SEPARATE accounts.

Why don't they check before they pull the plug. They got e-mail adresses. My wife can care less, my kid is bummed, but this pisses me off.

Hmmm, i didn't think about the tuning thing too. I helped countless people with tuning as well. I don't think they could or would do anything about that. This whole suspending accounts thing is stupid and very annoying.

Why would they suspend my brother's account? mostly all he did was HI. If I had the password and was getting on and HIing on his account, does that count as having a multi? and if so, for who?

He's in the army and going to Iraq in 2 months anyways so it doesn't really matter if he gets it back. I was just wondering if whoever suspended the account would explain why to me?

Well I still don't know if what even for multi's why I got suspended. This post aint doin crap and raymond hasnt replied to an e-mail to him. But if it is because of multi's then three accounts on one IP address is why I can't race anymore. Maybe when you sign up they should make you agree to only one person in your house can have an account.
Sure would be nice to hear from someone though.

jsut to help with vegito in saying. They ban cause they see suspectious activity on certain accounts. Weither someone complained or what not. Then they go into the logs and check everything out. In the meantime, they ban the account, or put a temp. suspension on it. If you are breaking the rules they wont unban your account. IF they find that you were legit they will unban the accounts. All you need to do is send in a support ticket. Wait a few days, dont come into the forums calling the company out or getting upset. you do that you wont get your account back IMO. Just be patient, send emails, try to talk to raymond. If you need to call him, get his # from him do what ever you can. talk to people that can get a hold of him for you. Just dont talk bad about the company in the forums that will get you banned forever
