man i have realized you gotta race like a crack head to get your exp up really high i only hit lvl 19 last session and i was lookin over the exp list its like crazy insane to get anything higher then that

Thats what it takes to get to a high level though man. If it were easy, everyone would do it. There are a few tricks to maximize your EXP also, but I dont think anything is wrong with the way EXP is now.
