Increasing your handling

I have to Volkwagen Golf's, both at lvl 6:

1. Golf GTI VR6
Power Rating 445 (98.67)
Handling 303
Time: 12.374

2. Golf GTI 16V
Power Rating 396 (97.78)
Handling 321
Time: 12.119

Now the Golf GTI VR6 is more expensive, higher level, more power but a worse time...Is this because of the handling...and if it is, how do I increase the handling?

two things for yah dude..

1.) register for the forums please :D
2.) did you buy all of the parts for it? after you do that, get some levels up and get wegith reductions

different parts do different things to cars. Last session, the $348 tires gave me the best handling. It'll take time and lots of money, but you'll figure it out.
