win races to get crew models and then work, the more crew models the more money you make

have a good win ratio .90% ratio preferrably. Race hard level hard. Add top 10 most losses to your ap and ur win ratio will be helped by it.

Basically, you get Crew Models when people in your crew win races. It may not be every race, but that's how you get them. Then when you work your regular Models, you also work your Crew Models. That also means you have a chance at losing some of your hard earned Crew Models. So be careful your crew doesn't get pissed and kick you out. :)
