levels dont matter. you can steal at any level. i once got 217 HI's at lvl 1 with ZERO exp. and it wasnt just a fluke cause i somewhat backed it up the following session with 156 HI's with the same amount of exp.

ya lvl 15 is DEFINETELY the best lvl to hit at 4 me...so far...almost every attempt was succesful so far.....

ya when i was 15 i hit really good. i leveled up and cant hit near as well.

your level does not have anything to do with hi's just your ammount of attepts

i find lvl 18 to be the best, i also find that having a lot of attempts makes it easier to use lower combos
