How come the Cayenne Turbo level 17 car don't have any parts? None of it? Even it's available.

you can still buy upgrades for them though

if you are a high level, you can buy the p&polish and weight reductions and still go at a decent time

the only problem is that you can't get any import models when you win races--haven't quite figured out why that is

I tried the 70k lvl 15 rover. I got like 12.1 seconds fastest time with a pr of like only 580.
