Race range is excluded, but only for quick matches. And HIing stays the same.

Well. I think you already know that now. :)

Do You Not Mean Its Excluded For Online MAtches....Coz Im Challenging My Races And There Aint No Net Range...But There Is For Quick Matches I Think....Lol :S

Sorry, let me repeat. The race range is only enforced when QM is enabled. Without QM, you can race anyone on your own. And the HI is still in range only.
