I am using 650/650 and it works about half of the time. 650/651 works good too.

i'm on lvl 15,need number to steal and HI on lvl 15

my favorite number on level 15 for HI was 47/169 or 35/147

i have a few car jacks but only one boost. I got it with under 130 credits first try.

do you really need to lvl up when it comes to HI-ing or boosting ? i always thought that its lvl 1 all the way.. what difference does it make ?

I am not sure if it is just superstistion or not, but some of the better car boosters thing some levels are better for boosting than others. I am still new at this so I obviously don't know for sure.
