Change the HI numbers

It's too friggin easy. Anyone and their dog can HI me as soon as I make money.. it's crazy. I wasn't even in the top 100!! Worked 1000 credits.. (put me to like 81) then BAM not a minute later, I'm HI'ed for $7mil and I'm back in 200th place.

Stupid. Too easy to HI.

I can HI just fine... but it seems kind of pointless when you just HI back and forth, and back and forth..

I actually tried racing this session... turned out ok.. but as soon as you build NW to get on top to get some offline races... someone just HI's you down to #2xx ...

maybe u should race a friend in pink slips for the range rover storm concept and store 15 of em in your garage and sell em with 5 seconds to go at the end of the round. But keep your NW up around the 25 mill.

eh, stealing is part of the major fun factor in this game. that's why they created a separate game called "TS". it was made for all those worker/racer people that kept complaining about us thieves. and about anybody being able to HI, yes it is easier for ppl to hit. but i don't have a doubt in my mind that half of the hits you're getting is done by the same small majority. just not on the same account. ;)

Didnt say stealing wasnt fun, but if they changed the numbers regularly so that people had to re-learn every round it would make it more interesting. Rather than the 100 to 200 cred combos that are floating around now.

For a relatively complex game with so many variables... working.. recruiting.. tuning.. stealing... it's kinda sad that it just comes down to HI'ing each other. It's boring.

All the stuff I DON'T whine about.. I like. I like a lot of the new things in the game.. besides.. whenever I talk about something I do like, it ends up getting locked.. so.. what's the point? :)

It is an online game with more than 25,000 playing members, it is impossible to please them all and with what Ray has done to please the vast majority of people is a great accomplishment. If you do not like certain parts of it, quit. Either that or keep bitching about it and get your Networth up high enough that I can rape you to nothing, that way you will have something to do in between crying fits (like work your way back up again so that I can do it once more).

Ok.. going WAY off topic here (what did I say about all my threads getting locked... umm yeah...)

I hope you pulled that 25,000 number outta your ass, because you haven't got a [censored] clue if you think it's really that high!! There aren't even 25000 registered members... I just checked.. it's at 24,911 right now (ok, DARN close).

1. How many are active? I just checked that too. 2,963 active users. The rest are sitting idle at 2,000 NW. Go check for yourself.

2. How many are multis? There's 77 with a NW below $2,000.. I'm willing to bet a few of those with negative NW's are multi's. Check out where they claim to live, lol...!


I WAS always at the top 25 or so.. always getting HI'ed back down... usually within 5 minutes or so. It's SO easy to HI anyone.. and SO hard to stay on top.. even if you HI someone else, you're back down in minutes. It's a waste of time to work anymore...

And since it's a waste of time to work anymore.. I just burned $20mil in calendars.. I'm below $1mil NW now.. so I'll be joining the rapers now.. if you can't beat 'em.. join 'em...

It seems to me the main aspect of a racing game should, infact, be racing. Emphasis needs to be put into how well you tune your car. Then people would race for money, and I believe that should be the basis of a street racing game.

I agree with Buzz here. Topshift is a competition based racing game where Midnite Challenge is a street based racing game. If stealing became less effective then more people would be inclined to pink/cash race like it was when I first started. In my first round I think I did somewhere around 100 pink slip races because noone really knew how to hit then they were more focused on how many cars they could win.

Don't worry about any of this, don't worry about racing, don't worry about home invading, don't worry about losing your place in the top 100, all that matters is if you're not in the inside clique that a couple of the top people are in, you won't win, because they form pacts to protect each other, and basically chose one from the clique to win every round, sure they might get hit down, but people will dump to them, hit back, ect.

Thats funny casue that doesnt happen every session. [censored] changes things changes. Stop complaining about the HI. They changed it to the newer system so that the people who didnt know how to HIT could HIT. now everybody and there mother can hit. Do you want it to where just the people who buy credits can hit. Thats how it used to be. 300+ combos and only getting 800 credits at a time, made it not smart to HIT. If you want that, give it to them RAY, but they will be the same ones bitching because the people who "spend" money have more hits and screwing them over again.
