WWIII prize

It is stated that the winner of the WWIII prize can only win one t-shirt.

The question:
If one person leads the WWIII in all 3 parts (Import, Domestic and European)Does the person who comes in 2nd receive the 2nd t-shirt? And 3rd the 3rd t-shirt. Just like it was with the WWIII prizes in the GOLD days?

the WW3 prizes arent worth anything anymore.. a t shirt that cost 20 dollars at max..

it should be a better prize, especially knowing that medals arent gonna be seen now
