lol. kevin said it... but i think if you're a good tuner, from lvl 38-42 will start getting you under a 1 second r/t lvl 56-57 is .5-.6 seconds.

gah...tnt doesn't affect r/t much...yes you can tune for r/t but that slows ur et considerable.

Pointless to tune R/t best to tune 60ft ;_
