Would he be eligible for 1-20 lvl IDE?

or is he only good for 21-30 and 31+

Does he have any medals?? I can't remember. If he does, then I believe the answer is no, he cannot go for IDE 1-20

I'm afraid Psyful is not eligible for 1-20 IDE.

ya...otherwise i would be eligible...cuz he beat me on IDE...even though i didnt want to try anymore...my cars could go faster jus didnt want to waste credits spamming...hahaha

He can win it, but he will have the medals for only 1 month, pointless to be honest.

Which reminds me, I have medal removal duty this week.
