That's the same reaction I thought Ron. Is it because they took away the time limit with like...how you had to wait 30 seconds after HIing to log off? Things like that? Are they still testing the lag? Cause if so, the mysql errors still kick my ass. Hopefully that doesn't flood the server tomorrow during the end...

personally i do not think the game should go back up till they fix the server lag. it is not only at the end its thruout the entire game just really really bad at the end. I mean whats the point in havin 160k credits the last 20 minutes of the game and the server lags u almost a minute and a half to swap pages.I got pissed and just walked away.I think what may have happen is they are not used to so many people actually playing because in the last format of rev 2 not very many people played u could log on and hardly anyone was ever on.

Get rid of these nonsense features bring back the 5 second race limit.change the log out limit back to when u log out u log out.and bring back image verification.As much as i hated havin those damn picture poppin up on my screen I do beleive its needed.

Well they do have a 5 second race limit. I have seen it and had it stop me from racing someone.

I think they need to get rid of McChat...That is a whore when it comes to resources that it just bogs the system down.

I actually think the image verification made it technically worse, as they sort of tried that out this session towards the beginning of it.

I think what's really make it bad, is the whole MC chat thing. I must agree with modogg. Sometimes it takes forever to pop-up, and then it doesn't load properly for me. Other times when I'm talking to someone, and then I browse on MC and click on someone else's race profile, my name will change to whoever's page I'm looking at...

Oh yeah, I forgot about that MC spy page...never really looked at it much. I think it's sort of a waste, I mean I understand the purpose of it, but I'm sure not a lot of people use it.

I agree with both Quick Chat + MC Spy.
I think the quick chat isnt that useful, I think the normal messaging was fast enough... except the 30 second time gap between messages which is annoying when your talking to more than one people. If people want faster ways of communication then theres msn, meaning Quick Chat aint that useful.
As for MC Spy, I looked at it a couple of times, but I dont fine it useful at all.
I think there would be less lagg if these were removed.

funny how u say image ver lags the system more when i had no problem what so ever with it.

The 5 second rule needs to implemented because like the macro's u have x amount of people just spamming away which lags the servers.at least with a gap the server has time to catch up with itself.I am not sayin do this due to macro's. if you know how servers work u would realize what im saying its a usuage issue. say u have a server thats used to 300 people on it racing every 5 seconds then u have this same server with more people spam racing with tabs taking maybe 1-3 seconds a race. this server isnt use to the usage its getting. and adding all that new shit they added damn sure dont help either.


This new chat and mc spy shit tho to me is completly useless to this game.

Id rather wait and have them fix the game then play it with a lag when u have a connection like mine and it runs the speed of 56k dial up there is something wrong with the game.Just because u are inpatient to start the game doesnt mean they shouldnt fix whatever the problem is.


oh and fyi there are certain cars that are harder to steal so yea there is a trick ron.and had I of actually tried to take your car you prolly woulda lost more then 1 :P

because my personal thing is, we get credits for our accievements.... so you cant really complain if you dont use them.... if you did get too use them. welldone for use. because i didnt but i dont mind, theres another session starting a day later.

My internet was my problem. wouldnt load a page in the whole last 20mins at all. when i checked whos online, there was over 150 people online, prowling etc. god knows how many at the last 10 minutes.

who thinks rev3 is good, i do. its funny the ones that thought it was going to be shit thinks its good.

But the problems you do not see due to dial up we do see and the chat and mc spy maybe the cause of these problems. that was my point wasnt to be just bitching about nothing.

And i do like the new mc my thing was why have something that hardly anyone uses that could be whats taking away from the users by lagging the servers.The mc spy was not in beta so that doesnt have anything to do with what we liked and dont like now.And the chat was an issue in beta.
