I have had no answer on my account for who knows how long it's pathetic really. It's like advertising saying you will get your product delivered in 3-5 days but gets there in 8 days you can't say it's because we are busy it will get there when it gets there. Same thing here support ticket say a certain amount of time it's been longer not good at all don't matter how busy you are you tell your customer's something you do it!!
