ok so my exp was at 5702 and 100%...then i race another guy and its at 5809 but at 8.27%? is this an error?
Yes .. the 8.27% is telling you how far you are into the level so you have about 92 more percent to go until you can reach the next level.
Then you'll level up and start that whole process over again. :p
