Ok, this is what I see

1. The Exp is kinda wackes, lvl 19 with 0 exp
2. The IMs r at like 5k
3. Also lvl 19 with 0 races won or lost
4. And the fuel is on ending wth a 0 as the last digit, being that he hasn't lost or won any races, to use fuel

can yall find anymore?

lol, that's c-speed. any admins like c speed, or ray can have something like that.

The % ratio for the next level upgrade should be atleast -3000% for his ammount of EXP for level 19.

Admin sets it to lvl 19 makes it a - value until exp has caught up.
He cruised to 5k... boost mode testing... there is no PF limit in Boost mode... you could work lvl 1 and no car 10000000 models if yo uwanted to waste $200 lol
Sell 0.6 worth of fuel sometime
