race people with a good number of rad they usually exept
I usually accept unless I'm busy dyno/tnting my car

People on the game now have got this idea into there heads that they only race if they know they are going to win the race. Otherwise they don't race.
My advise is to find people that have a high RAD and/or have the words "free wins" or somthing similar to that beside their name.
yeha the games all about exp and you cant get that not racing...
