I noticed that i am racing 50m networth guys and only gaining like 30 exp points, i rmember way back when id gain like over 3000 or so. have the levels changed or what is going on here? im only at 64k net.

i havent read it either. i think anything new this game post's is a waste of time to read. they make a mistake everytime they try to change this game any. i will bet anything they lost money this session when they "changed" HIs.
i found that whenever i lvl'd up 1 lvl at a time , it went QUICK. im lvl 19 right now. only took 1 week and i lvl'd everytime i hit 100%.
You need to level up once you reach 100% or else you gain very little exp..
