I 2nd that lol ,and still crap at recrutin,
i went for top recruiter cause i wasnt playing full tiem this session, i got about 300,000 mods in like 3 days of recruiting, then stoped play for a week or 2, and i am still in first place lol.
If u good at it then thats easy to do,
