If I only have 1000 PR compared to 1820 PR I will use less gas and Nos right? Also, the less PR I have the less my car's reliability will fall right? I want ppl to spam me offline, however, I want mostly wins and don't want my car to break down too often... What should I do?

the more upgrades and parts and stuff u have, the more ur reliability will fall, the more gas and nos u will use...

<uses about 3-5 thous. nos for one race
