What's the advantage of being a "member"?
If you are a member then you are able to get more credits per every 5 minutes (20 credits instead of 12)
You also get a max amount of credits of 1200 instead of 800
And lastly, you can get a few more cars from the dealship that non members cant get.
I think thats all that members get but there maybe more.
