I think that I figured it out.

All of the levels before level 29 are farther apart. but level 29 is the same EXP as what it used to be. Around 11 million or so...so thats a positive thing, just keep racing

i'm not at 29 so i haven't figured it out haha

same here domestic...lvl 19 here...
