get him to buy them thru paypal
He can't go on your acct so he has to give you the cash through paypal. Then you buy them.

but yeah, use paypal .. as in have your friend paypal th eamount to you and you pay for it.. NO ONE is supposed to enter your acc apart from yourself
unless you just ask your friend to paypal the money to ray and ray adds the credits to ya :wink:
