That should give a definite win of around 1.2-1.4 billion NW.
If not, it'll be one of the level 35s that work with 3 seconds to go to around 900Mill+.

If you are a hitter at 500mill waiting, you still won't win. Coz when you hit a 1 billion person, you are only gonna get to around 620 million. Then say you hit again you'll still only be at around 730 million.
Unless you hit 3 different people at 1 billion... then you may have a chance...
