i think you should get a car if you hit certain lvls going up through the came for eg
lvl5 a skyline
lvl10 a f430
lvl15 a sl56
and so on like in grand turismo3 on the licences
and posts on the matter welcome

its already like that...once you reach a certain skill level you will be able to get different cars
