just put your level in your license plate

yeah that works unless you forget like I did.

If you do this make sure to update it, I was sitting at level 20 on my plate and actually level 25, not fair to the level 20's that sent races counting on the plate being right. common courtesy, sorry to those that raced me, I just forgot.
