Whens a good time to change tires? on how much tire tread is worn?

at 0%???? lol
i dont think mc is like ts aka change tires at 75%

jus change when u feel like it and dont let the % go to 0

i usually change tires before 10%.. just so i dont forget about it and they drop to 0% and start losing my races..

when my car gets stolen
