how bout get rid of recruiting all together....
or make it so people that are a lower lvl then you can't recruit off of you...
assuming higher lvl has more pimp factor in there cars how can a lvl 3, 4 racer recruit all your models if your lvl 34, 35 ....
this recruiting is going to get out of hand, with the rounds being longer again....

If you're a member, level 15 Porsche Carerra gives 794pf and the lvl 31 GT3 gives 834pf
