yea that happened to me too. just send a support ticket then in a couple of hours it should be fixed. when it's fixed i think he sends you a email or sends you a message in the game.

got neaither but it got fixed. thre days after the fact but still. i hope they do somthing for us thought. since the sites been down off and on for like 3 days now.
