So.. I was trying to shoot for Top Lux since it's empty, by making a Bentley (what I thought was a luxury car) but it didnt record. So what is considered a luxury car in this game?
IF you look under the class any car that is a SL Class will enter that category.

It will be empty now but later on, towards the end of the game people will start recording their times
