Let's see....my wallet, cell phone, pager, ashtray, lighter and cigs, my pepsi, headphones, digi camera, pics of my daughter, and some chemical manuals for work.

Damm there is too much mess to list on my desk. Some random stuff includes A claw from a claw machine that appeared an hour ago while I was out, a box of PGA player cards, a broken daytona steering shaft, my note pad and a pile of paper work that I intend to file in the bin later today.
