Try changing your status after your done working then

I think the best status to change to is recruiting, or thats at least what i do

Really...it don't matter what status you are in...so the 1 min thing really don't affect you as much as you think. lol

ya thats really true. i can hit virtually anyone, any status and im only a decent hitter

Not everyone can hit someone at every status though. So for some of the not as good hitters, they wont hit you when you leave your status At Work

this is just part of the game. i think its a very good thing because it saves people from just siging on and working then run back to the safety of offline.
