haha this is a completely ridiculous suggestion but here goes

NO SPENDING AT ALL...just for a temporary round...lol make it like a 5-7 day round...where there is absolutley no spending...see what happens...i know this will never happen but i think it would be funny to see who actually has skill and who just spends a lot to make themselves look like they are good

get ray to block spending for one round ..
then the true skills come out ...

i miss the days when members were separate from non-members

or what about mc with infinte creds =X

infinte creds... thats dumb lol jk how about being able to race for credits or money for a round or two it would be fun
