Here is an idea-when people try to recruit your models, and fail, the victim should receive those calendars. As punishment for failure and a bonus to the victim. And if you offer the calendars to the models and you get them, you should keep them ie the recruited models should take them as the come to the person who recruited them.

Also-if you have a failed HI, give the credits to the person who you were trying to hi? If you are successful, you use the credits like normal, but if you fail, the person gets the credits. Added bonus.
