i know they are like medals but what does each one of them beside the players name mean

Lightning Bolt = Win
Top 10 = Top 10 Finish
Silver Medal = Top 25 Finish
White Thumb = Top Crew
Blue Thumb = Top Crew Leader
ADT Badge = Top HI
Plyers = Top Car Thief
American Flag = Top Domestic car in IDE
British Flag = Top Euro car in IDE
Japan Flag = Top Import car in IDE
Then there is some other random ones that are not given out anymore...

Also

Green name is #1
White name is Top crew Leader
Red name was in a Top crew previous session.
Italics name won boost last season
