The following updates and changes have been made:

1) Auto Play has been replaced by "Quick Match"
You now have the option to turn ON or OFF Quick Match mode. By turning on Quick Match, you will be automatically entered into races with other players that are also in Quick Match mode. You can do this while you are either ONLINE or OFFLINE. If you are OFFLINE, Quick Match will continue to race for you against other Quick Match Players. While ONLINE, you can watch as you get matched up against other players and review your timeslips between races.

With Quick Match OFF, you can choose whom you'd like to race by manually requesting a challenge from their Race Profile page.

Quick Match will still refuel, tune-up and buy tires. Quick Match Options can be found in your "My Profile" page.

While Quick Match is ON, you cannot change vehicles, sell your current vehicle, car jack, steal, home invade or recruit.

You must be Skill Level 3 or higher to use Quick Match

*Note: Quick Match will also follow rule #2 below. Thus it may not ALWAYS find a match up.

2) A "Race Range" is now being enforced. You can only steal, home invade and recruit from other players that have a networth of less than DOUBLE your networth and higher than HALF your networth.

IE: If you have a networth of $200,000, than you can only steal, home invade or recruit from other players that have a networth between $100,000 to $400,000.

Note: There are plenty of ways to "hide" your networth in the game so you can drop into lower range if you need to.

EDIT: You can challenge any player to a race regardless of networth. However, Quick Match will only match you up with other players within your race range.

3) Experience has changed *DRAMATICALLY*!

We will not divulge exactly how it works now, but we will say this:
- experience gained is no longer based on networth
- both you and your opponents ET counts
- Power Rating (PR) counts
- Skill level counts

4) Home Invasions algorithm revamped! It is much easier to be successful now.

5) ADDED: Crew Models can only be gained if you are Online.

6) ADDED: More experience is gained if you are racing Online.

Enjoy!

*** Update: I've posted some tips on 3rd page of this thread. ***
sounds intense.
similar to the racing over in SH.
Some good ideas....

More bad ideas.

Sounds like it'll be interesting though for sure.
sounds like fun. it seems almost like crew races where you'll get matched with anyone, except they have to be with in range now. hmmm. interesting. makes lvling up very different now. sounds like a fun round of experimentation. Big Grin
all good ideas besides the race range...that just kills HI again
So..... if you jump in NW......... you cant race anyone? Why spend then? Raymond have you really thought about this? There wont be any reason to get credits.

The last round, was one of the BEST in a long time....... Why mess with success?

You had a lot of brand new hitters, and people spent stupid money. Seems like last round was one to emulate or refine, not get rid of.
Won't waste credits on Hi either..........The only way to make cash will be to work BUT not much, cause you'll have no one to race. This seems like a terrible idea on first glance. IF you remove or extend the "range" to 10X it will probably work. But 2X will suck for lots of reasons.
i kno i had plans on jumping nw earl to get levels quicker now i have to revise my game plan....lol
