why can't i hi ppl when where offline i can't even click on Home invasion all i can click on is race and Recruit is it a bug or dose it do it for every?? plz some one tell me why its pissin me offf

it works how i can hit ppl offline and when it comes to hiting ppl i just go for who ever i can
