The following updates and changes have been made:

1) You now reach skill level 5 or higher in order to home invade another player.
2) You cannot use a stolen car in WW3.

well i hope this helps a little...but i still think that nates idea was the best

Can't use stolen cars in WW3? Well...I feel better, but do I still get my prizes? The rules weren't implented.................
