is it true that if you are not a paying member, you cannot own more than one car at a time? Also, if your not a member can you buy a crew car? It keeps telling me i don't have the cash yet i have over 1mil.

if you are the leader of your crew, you can buy a crew car, but you have to use your crew's bankroll, not your own
so you said you have $1 mil, but that's your money isn't it? if it is, you can't use it to buy the crew car, you have to tell your crew to get crew models and work with those crew models to get money for a car
