How about something along the lines of a line lock, or a two step staging module(roll into stagelight with button down 5000rpms get green on tree release button full rpms). it would help keep r/t times consistant.

i think your supposed to go when the yellow disappears not when the green appears because by the ttime you make it across the starting line it will be green and it is faster that way. but this is a good idea, i hate how when i race someone who is slow i have a .8something reaction time and when i race someone close it goes to high .9s
