Okay I was bored so just for fun I wanted to see how hard I've been hit this session.

If you actually care, or are as bored today as I was, here's how to do it quick and easy.
Go to your history page, expand the hits part and copy all the info. Then go to excel, right click the first cell and choose paste special and paste as text. Then you can sort by the damage column and remove things like recruiting and crap. Then just auto sum the damages column.
