apparently this is a stolen car and when u get in a stolen car it doesnt raise the nw. That doesnt make sense because its still a 2.5 mill car and its in his possession therefore it should count on nw.
everyone just race him loool,he will get a ticket and have the car impounded

ever tried to sell a stolen car for the same price your local dealership is selling a legit model for?
Actually yes i have and to be honest i have gotten more out of it. After you change the vin numbers and repaint the car and clean it up slap some rims on it its worth more then what the dealer have.
Just because i'm legit on the game doesnt mean i'm legit on the street.
.ok so its not worth 2.5 its worth 1.8 even at that he shouldnt be at 280k.
